Sailhero XHAQSP-709C odor online monitoring system is an instrument for online monitoring of malodor gases. The monitoring factors include: ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, trimethylamine, methyl mercaptan, methyl mercaptan, methyl sulfide ether, dimethyl disulfide, carbon disulfide and styrene and malodor intensity, and it can also be customized to measure other pollutant factors such as TVOC, CL2, HCL, methylamine, toluene, benzene, DMSO, dimethylamine, xylene, acetic acid, DMF, naphthalene, formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, pyridine, phenol, p-xylene and others.
The system is a sensor detection technology based on the equipment based on photoionization detection, electrochemical principles and semiconductor principle design, unique cross-interference algorithm model, neural network algorithm model, can be composite gases of malodor intensity test, using PCA and other algorithmic techniques to achieve the pollutant composition analysis in order to trace the source.
● The instrument adopts composite sensor array, accurate measurement, good repeatability, low resolution;
● Cross-interference cloud algorithm model, neural network algorithm model, can remove gas crossover, to achieve single-component measurement and composite gas odor intensity test;
● The instrument adopts low-power sensor thermostat technology, which can thermostat the sensor within 30℃±1℃, and is used in combination with the temperature and humidity cloud algorithm correction, which effectively removes the interference of the temperature and humidity factors on the measurement accuracy;
● Pump suction sampling, constant current sampling, to ensure the long-term stability of the measurement, reducing the maintenance workload;
● The instrument can be powered by lithium batteries or lead-acid batteries according to the demand, to meet the working requirements of different regions;
● Wireless and wired dual connection with 4G and Beidou/GPS;
● The instrument can be remotely controlled or data queried through cell phone APP or platform.
